(Article) What Primal Force is Driving You to Success?

The three driving forces in a man’s life are: hunt and kill, protect and be honored, and s.e.x. In modern day, a man’s career serves as the outlet for hunt and kill. As for protect and be honored, this is in complete alignment with qualities of the Divine Masculine. The drive for s.e.x insures that we continue to procreate. S.e.x is physical and exhilarating for the man. The woman, who you hope is expectant, is hopeful for some tenderness, appreciative talk, then arousal, then satisfaction.

Women need this sequence because the feminine is emotional. Once our emotions are stimulated, it can become physical and exhilarating. At times a woman can jump straight to arousal. That depends upon the man’s ability to connect and be strong in his presence. This I go into more detail in the sections in the book titled Presence and Ecstasy.

Business is physical and exhilarating for the man. For it to be exhilarating for the woman, it must stimulate her feminine qualities of creative expression, inspiration and nurturing.

I believe the reason why traditionally men have been more successful more quickly in their business endeavors is because of their gift of single focus. Hunt and kill. That’s a turn on for you. See the target, get it, close the deal. For a business to thrive, you must also make decisions, be in control, provide solid guidance to your team. These are driving forces behind any successful business and all aspects of the masculine energy.

Here’s the kicker. A woman has to shift more into her masculine energy to some degree in order to run the business. She usually doesn’t do this consciously. It is simply what’s required to get the job done. She has to be in control of the business, be focused, and make decisions. Think about it. If you feel the romance in your relationship is slipping away, it’s quite possible that this is because the shift back into her feminine essence is not taking place after business hours, and therefore the polarity required to have that juicy connection is no longer present. Even stay at home moms can fall into this pattern. Raising children requires them to be in control and make important decisions.

Fortunately, women now have access to great female coaches on the internet, who can teach them how to use their feminine strengths to promote themselves more effectively in business. Helping women market themselves the Divine Feminine way is a specialty of the business coaching I provide. Until recently, most coaches on the Internet were men. The masculine method of marketing works great for the man and your single-focused self, but when women try, it often leaves us feeling exhausted and drained.

A woman’s power is in her natural nurturing ability. She can put this into play through business by instilling a feeling of being cared for within her clients and from the intention of being in service. The key is for her to honor these qualities as the gifts, and strengths that they are, and acknowledge the value they provide. When she does this and stands in her power by charging what she is worth and feels at peace with that, a woman can experience great financial success. The greater her financial success, the more people she can help. This cycle of abundance and greater caring is the turn on for the woman. When the opposite genders work together in a way which fully utilizes each of their driving forces, you create a business which is destined for success.

Money and sex are the two most powerful aspects within our physical reality during our lifetime on this planet. After all, it was sex that made it possible for us to exist in human form. It is money that we rely on to supply us with everything from our basic needs to the greatest luxuries in life. These words create such controversy that I had to break up the letters when emailing this article to avoid ending up in spam filters.

So, what are the 2 most common links between these two powerful words? Here’s a clue: one causes the most pain and fragmentation as a society. The awareness of the other is what liberates us. Want to know what they are? Of course you do.

The first thing that money and sex have in common is the combination of two words: guilt and shame. Why is it the two most powerful aspects of our physical reality carry so much guilt and shame for so many? It is primarily the result of abuse, media, family legacy, feelings of incompetence and distorted man made religious teachings. Money money money. We all want it, we need it, and yet there is so much turmoil around it.

Guilt and shame are crippling to our society. It is a burden and it’s unnecessary. If you intentionally cause harm in a criminal manner, then feeling guilt and shame is a step toward penitence. As for the rest of the population, the burden of guilt and shame does not serve anything, and it keeps us trapped in an illusion of lack of self worth. As human beings, stuff happens which creates painful experience. Through the healing of our experiences, we have the opportunity to transform our pain to wisdom.

The second thing that money and sex have in common is Sacred connection. As we consciously make this connection it liberates us and creates a feeling of joyful expansion. That is because once we practice making this connection, at the very core of our being we feel it resonate as pure truth. As I typed in key words looking for photos to go with this article I could not find one that contained a sense of the Sacred or spiritual connection in relation to money or sex. It is very clear that much of society sees them as two separate realms.

We are all born with unique gifts that we offer this world. The energy exchange we receive for these gifts is often in the form of money. Even if you are not aware of what your gifts are, the fact is, they exist. This is something I help my clients discover through the Discover Your Sacred Gifts Process. When you are aware of your Sacred gifts, and see money as a Sacred offering when exchanged for your unique gifts, and consistently express gratitude for this exchange, more and more you will feel an expansion around money. A feeling of expansion will always yield more expansion, whether the expansion you desire is financial abundance, love or health.

The one element that makes it possible to make the transition from a nonphysical spiritual being into these physical bodies is sex. Sexual energy is integrally woven into who we are as Divine Source energy beings. Our bodies are perfect creations… miracles.

As you consciously connect the Sacred to your sexual experience and invite Source energy to be a part of it, your sexual experience has more fullness, the sensation feels more intense in the most beautiful way, and you experience bliss in its purest form. It was always intended for sexual pleasure to be a spiritual experience, with or without a partner.

Sexual energy is the most powerful energy we possess. It is because of this that we want to be especially careful with whom we choose to share and meld our energy.

As we teach our youth how to make this Sacred connection, they will understand how powerful their sexual energy is and become aware of their Divine magnificence. Then, we will see a decrease in teenage promiscuity and pregnancy.

Here I am, standing at the base of a magnificent rock known as Kachina Woman in Sedona Arizona. At the foot of the mountain down in the valley is the beautiful Enchantment Resort where I attended a three day live event with my coach and mentor Kendall Summerhawk.

If you would like to expand your career, and experience the freedom that brings, in my opinion, there is only one way to do that.

When I reflect back upon what my life was like before I was in a career coaching and mentoring program, there is no comparison. I’ve stepped into a much greater expansion on a professional level as well as emotionally and spiritually.
